Workout 2

Today's workout was dedicated to legs. My ultimate goal is to be able to dunk within 4 months.

Body Part Worked: Legs
Back Squat:                           1 x 8 x 95lbs           1 x 8 x 135lbs        1 x 8 x 155lbs
Single Leg Hamstring Curl:     1 x 8 x 80lbs           1 x 8 x 90lbs          1 x 5 x 100lbs
Seated Leg Extension:            1 x 10 x 50lbs         1 x 8 x 70lbs           1 x 8 x 90lbs
Standing Calf Raise:               1 x 10 x 50 lbs         1 x 15 x 62.5 lbs
Seated Calf Machine:             3 x 20 x 90lbs          1 x 15 x 135lbs

Goals
Overall good workout. First time I did back squats so I am very rusty and a lot of improvement can be made with weight and form.
